A Companion Care story
I really enjoy having the same, steady person in my home every time. I'm older, I'm a widow, and I know that makes me more vulnerable. It took me years to feel comfortable letting someone outside of my family and friends into my home again after having a bad experience in the past.

With my Companion Care service, we almost have an unspoken order — she just knows what I need. She'll look around my home and notice things that need to be done without me even having to ask. She changes lightbulbs I didn't even realize were out! She sees what needs attention, takes care of what she can, and lets me know when she notices something I should be aware of.
And sometimes, I just really enjoy our chats. This week, I'm going to have her help me with my cell phone because I'm having some technology issues.
It's so much more than having someone help around my home. I have someone I trust, someone who looks out for me, and someone whose company I genuinely enjoy.
